At the end of July, I always tend to get into a little "slump." I know exactly why. It's because of the hustle and bustle that lies ahead with school starting. Once it starts, I'm fine. It's the anticipation that I have trouble with...and the departure from days like this with nothing to do but soak up the sun.

Another Summer (Almost) Gone
At the end of July, I always tend to get into a little "slump." I know exactly why. It's because of the hustle and bustle that lies ahead with school starting. Once it starts, I'm fine. It's the anticipation that I have trouble with...and the departure from days like this with nothing to do but soak up the sun.

Released.
So the new Mommy went home today, but as someone close said...I don't think she'll be too far away from Baby H.
The days feel like months. I look forward to seeing my dear friends and meeting their new little one. I'm counting the days.
Released...but never REALLY released. This is a journey to last a lifetime.
We prayed for this child and the Lord has granted us what we asked of Him. -I Samuel 1:27

Miracle Baby
The baby of my dear friend was born prematurely - weighing barely 2 pounds - and is the strongest 2 pounder I've ever known. No one will ever convince me that miracles aren't at the hands of God.
For sweet Baby H:
May you always walk in sunshine.
May you never want for more.
May Irish angels rest their wings
beside your nursery door.
